Freedom of Speech

College is a place to learn from various aspects. Put aside the rights that college has taken, if a college closes the door to those who have different opinions to protect their students, it is not a college, it's a greenhouse. College is a warm up before the game starts. If students can't even insist in the warm up, how will they have a chance to play? Greenhouse only provides delicate flowers but desert makes cactus grown strongly. 

The grains of leaves from the same tree are different. Same sense to us that we have diversity thoughts. If everyone in this world thinks uniform, there will be no difference than a wholesale market. The world appears like this is what the distinctions make. If Thomas Edison had the same thoughts as other people, there will be no lights when the sun goes down. If the Wright brothers didn't dig into "aircraft manufacturing" in the lack of education resources 1900's, nobody can travel so convenient.  

As a result, the college can't take people's freedom of speech for selfish and foolish protection. Speech is a way to express one's opinion and share with others. It doesn't matter if anyone doesn't agree because it's just one's view to one thing. I believe that no one can always say something you appreciate with, even your parents. Sometimes, to listen and being patient about what you hear, it's an accomplishment.  

If James Madison didn't stand out courageously to give a speech about his opinion to create a new government to the United States, will there be a strong nation like this now?  It’s difficult to get rid of the old stuff and transfer to a new beginning, so people need time to get used to what just pops out. When they get more and more comfortable with the new thing, no one even wants to touch what was threw away. 

Freedom of speech is a basic human right which is also referred as a political right to citizens of a country to express their opinions or suggestions without subjecting by governments. Even though everyone has his own freedom of speech, there is still a limit to it. If there is slander, threaten to wound, or incitement to hatred in the speech, that will not be allowed in different level by different countries laws.  

Base on what is written above, no one should take others freedom of speech. 

Everyone has his freedom of speech, and it can not be taken away in order to ingratiate those who do not agree with your opinion, and oversee your idea or even change it to a negative view and making themselves feel positive in their positions. No one can say everything that makes everyone happy, people laugh and people cry. If there will be no freedom of speech only because of those people who don't want to hear anything that is opposite from their point of view, how will the world be?
